I don't know whether you purposely overbill or you're just unorganized in your billing. I paid for a years subscription in February 2017 and you sent me another renewal in March 2017 which I paid again, and didn't catch my double payment until you sent me ANOTHER renewal in August 2017.

I sent a letter telling you that actually you owe ME money. Well, today (a month later, I got TWO more renewal requests on the same day each with a different price.

On top of that, I never got reimbursed for my overpayment in March. Though I enjoyed some of the articles, I will not renew ever again!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $13.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I like the magazine. But resent the constant mail telling me to renew now...when I have over a year left on my subscription. If this continues I will not renew when the actual renewal time rolls around.
