Here's the deal, a sweet friend gave us a subscription to Reminisce. So nice.

However, before we even got the first edition, a book arrived in the mail (with a bill) from the same company. We didn't order it, had no interest in it and were not about to waste money returning this. We get a payment reminder notice yesterday. Guess what?

When you send something a person has not ordered, it's a GIFT! Stop trying to trick and manipulate people.

Very bad business. Shame on you for trying to trick honest consumers into buying your books in this way.

Reason of review: Shady business practices.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Stop trying to cheat people, never contact me again.

Apologies for your frustration. We don't send books to people without getting an order. I'm sorry, but without the account information I cannot explain how you received this book (who sent us the order). If you'd like to call our customer service department, they would be happy to explain to you.

We do not charge for books to be returned. On the back of the invoice that came with the book is the explanation on how to send it back, postage paid.
